Confluence Confluence (Document Management System)

Confluence holds lots of useful information for SAHFOS staff, including information on room booking within the Laboratory. This is the goto place for all information regards processes and health and safety information. All staff should be familiar with the use of the Confluence.

FTP FTP (File Transfer Protocol)

 This is a service provided by Citadel Hill IT for staff to send and receive files that are too large to send via email. If the file size is excessive please contact service desk to ensure this will not have a detrimental effect on the network.

Outlook Outlook / Office online

 This online access to the email system and some of the functionality from Microsoft Office, as well as access to your one drive

Service DeskServicedesk

Submit jobs to the service desk and track progress of tasks. This is also where you can requests for changes to both hardware and processes this can then be discussed at the Citadel Hill IT Strategy Group (CHITSG)

Image Library Image Library 

Access the wealth of image available to staff for incorporation into presentations, poster and other materials. (Note please always check the copyright information)
